Making GAINZ in strength, size, or sports performance can be a frustrating process with all the information out there.  At STRENGTHZONE, we make it easy with our PROVEN training methods.  You will CRUSH previous personal records (PR's) in 12 weeks or less.  Here are a few things to remember before you start our training programs. 

 

  • Consult a physician before starting our programs or performing any exercises received from this site.
     

  • In order for a workout or diet plan to work as intended you must strictly follow my recommendations.
     

  • If you feel any pain while doing any exercise, stop immediately! We can discuss the cause and modify the exercise, give an alternative exercise or eliminate the activity as needed to prevent injury in the future.  Your feed back is important!
     

  • Do your OWN RESEARCH!  Trust but verify especially related to any questions you may have.
     

  • If you're training with your team, involved in another sport, you need to provide your current training regimen and game schedule.  This applies to non athletes relative to your job and type of work you do.
     

  • Stay the course, if you change or modify anything on your workouts you need to update that information.
